Most of our stylists are independent contractors and handle their own schedules. If you have a specific stylist in mind, the best way to book with a them would be to message them directly through Instagram, or call the salon and ask to schedule with them specifically.
Natalie Crowell
Natalie is the new owner of Salon Di Lusso and one of our favorite extension and blonding specialists. She has been in the cosmetology industry since 2019 and has always had a gift for beauty. She's known that hair was her passion since she was 10 years old! When she was only 13, Natalie did her older sister's hair and makeup for her wedding and the rest is history. As soon as she started cosmetology school she knew blonding would be her niche. She specializes in everything blonde as well as extensions. She loves giving clients the platinum hair of their dreams and doing big transformative services. She is always staying on trend and expanding her education daily to ensure she has the healthiest, brightest blondes in DFW. She’s known for effortless root grow-out and her bright blondes! She looks forward to working with you!

Courtni has been growing her personal and professional career as a hair designer since 2009. She specializes in precision haircuts, color correction, and gray coverage. Supported by her highly driven persona, she is endlessly working on extending her knowledge and building her skills through continued education and ensures to stay current with recent trends as well as new and advanced techniques.
Kelsey Blackwood Thompson
Kelsey started her career in the beauty industry at Salon Di Lusso in the Fall of 2010. After apprenticing under industry top stylists for two years, she was confident and ready to dive in. Kelsey is passionate about maintaining the integrity of your natural hair in her color and extension work. Kelsey specializes in microbead, tape-in, and fusion extensions. Rachel Samardjian
I believe everyone deserves to have beautiful hair. I’ve been connecting emotionally and creatively with clients in the DFW area and have called Salon Di Lusso my home for 11 years now. I have seen trends come and go and many new techniques emerge over the past decade. I believe adapting to new innovative ways of doing hair and constantly learning is the only way to grow and remain a successful stylist. Growing in such a way allows me to show up authentically for each of my clients. I’ve taught and learned from multiple different professionals in various walks of skillsets and life. I’ve specifically chosen and compiled all those skills and techniques to be able to solve even the toughest problems that may arise in your hair journey. Not specializing in any one technique or color spectrum has given me the benefit of working with a variety of clientele. The only thing I’d consider myself a specialist in is all color and color correction. My services include, color, cuts, color correction, extensions and Brazilian Blowouts. Estevan Nunez
It was a happy accident that I ended up in the hair industry. At 19, a close friend told me I had the personality to be a hairstylist and it was the first time I had even thought about it. I wouldn’t know what he was talking about until 10 years later. I ended up getting my license and I was fortunate enough to be trained by a world champion hairstylist Samm Tyler, who had a 35 year established hair career at the time. I asked what is the hardest thing to do in the industry and her reply was making sure a blonde doesn’t look brassy or a brunette look orange. I knew what I had to do and then my journey began. I was raised by a grandmother that made me clean the bathroom with a toothbrush and this instilled incredible attention to detail into my personality. Not knowing that that would show up in my work as a hair stylist, it has become one of my best traits. In that time I developed a personalized haircut based on the head shape to give a natural, luscious, bouncy flow. This is what I do help women feel beautiful from inside out. I love to have my blondes feel bright with healthy hair, making my gingers look naturally warm and not orange, and giving my brunettes that Sunkissed glow. Over two decades later in the hair industry I still find immense happiness and pleasure in helping women feel like every day models. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!

My hair career began in 2014 in El Paso, Texas. I am so excited to now be establishing myself in the DFW area. I worked behind the chair for 5 years and built a full clientele, but took a pause on my career to take on the roll of being a stay at home mom to my three beautiful girls in 2019. I made sure to not only maintain but grow my skillset beyond the chair during that time. I’m so excited to make this my full time career again! My specialities include creating dimensional, rich colors and stunning brunettes, brondes and blondes. My expertise also includes detailed, layered haircuts and precise bob haircuts along with Brazilian Blowouts. My priority is healthy hair, achieving color goals, and growing a lasting friendship! Hi, I’m Laina! A SoCal girl now living in North Texas. I’ve always loved anything creative, and doing hair is where I get to bring that to life every day. If you have fine hair or you’re tender headed, you’re in the right chair. I take a very gentle approach and focus on making sure you feel comfortable during your appointment. I know salon visits can feel stressful if your hair is delicate or if you’ve had rough experiences in the past, so I always want you to feel relaxed, heard, and taken care of when you sit in my chair. I also love the creative side of hair. I began my journey as a hairstylist in 2004 in Buckhead Atlanta, where I built a strong foundation in the beauty industry. My passion and drive soon took me to Las Vegas, where I spent 10 years refining my craft and expanding my expertise behind the chair. Eager to push my creativity further, I transitioned into editorial hairstyling with Toni & Guy in Hollywood, California. There, I immersed myself in high fashion work, collaborating on shoots and developing a more artistic, forward-thinking approach to hair. In 2021, I made the move to Dallas, ready to start a new chapter and continue growing both personally and professionally. With years of diverse experience across multiple cities and styling disciplines, I bring a well-rounded, elevated perspective to every client and project I take on.
